Upon receipt of your enquiry we are able, through our own tooling facility, to produce cutters to a specific drawing and keep it in our cutter library for any future requirement.
When asked to produce a profile that matches a present sample and again upon receipt we are able to take detailed measurements, produce a technical drawing and have cutters made to order or propose any similar profile from our library of profile options. Some 300 to date.

Primed up to 245mm widths.
Un Primed up to 400mm (note variations are possible to this so please contact our sales office directly to be advised upon any specific ‘specials’ enquiry you may have.
All primed MDF profiles must be slightly sanded on site ready for final finishing. For the best finish, two coats of final painting should be applied.
